Misting Monsoon is the most complete expression of what Collins Tech does when all three practices run together. We built the public site and the AEO infrastructure beneath it, then kept going: a proposals and invoicing platform with scheduling and payments, a custom AI assistant deployed site-wide, and a procurement intelligence system that surfaces public marine bid opportunities automatically.

The media side ran in parallel — a full press and media kit, a published book on marine hull maintenance, trade articles, and press coverage placed in regional outlets. The engagement demonstrates the thesis directly: the infrastructure makes the business findable, the platform makes it operable, and the press gives the systems something credible to corroborate.
