A statewide conservation platform connecting Florida’s diving community to the water it protects.

FDCC was built from nothing — no site, no data, no membership infrastructure. We assembled a statewide dataset of Florida dive operators, marinas, and cleanup organizations numbering over fifteen hundred records, then built the platform around it: claim-based onboarding letting real operators take ownership of their listings, event and cleanup coordination, and group administration.

The build runs on a full application stack rather than a brochure site, with authentication, database, and serverless functions supporting the membership flows. Post-launch work has focused on the details that decide whether a volunteer platform survives contact with real users — listing ownership integrity, confirmation flows, and administrative tooling.
